Our NCENA General Assembly meetings are open to all NCENA members and non-member emergency nurses throughout the state. These meetings are where our board, chapters, and committees discuss their current and future plans. They are an excellent opportunity to find out how you can get more involved in our work across the state. Please let us know if you're attending for the first time so we can make sure are you recognized appropriately and we answer any questions you may have!
**Chapters/Committees are required to have a representative attend or send in a written report to the NCENA President to be read.**

DONATIONS FOR ENCARE 2024:
- For those attending in person, we will be collecting donations for the ENCare 2024 humanitarian mission to the Dominican Republic if you're able to assist.
- Preferred donations this year are family hygiene kits for the families we will be treating in our medical clinics.
- Ideally, we are asking for complete hygiene kits that include: 1 washcloth, bar soap (1 full size or 3 hotel size), toothpaste (1 full size or 3 travel size), 5 toothbrushes (adult preferred) --- all in a large ziploc bag
- If you cannot provide all items, we're happy to accept individual items and can build the kits when we get down there.
- While our preference this year is the hygiene kits, we can accept donations of non-expired, unopened OTC medications including pain relievers, multivitamins (**NO GUMMIES -- THEY WILL MELT**), antifungal creams, antibiotic lotions, cough/cold medicines, etc for both adults and kids.
- Any monetary donations received will be used to purchase hygiene kit items.
- If you have any questions, please contact David McDonald, Immediate Past President/Trip Leader for ENCare 2024, at immediatepastpresident@northcarolinaena.org
