Happy Emergency Nurses Week!

Thank for the opportunity to be part of an amazing organization as well as working beside some of the most dedicated and committed Nurses! I have been involved with Emergency Nursing for 30 years (yikes!) and I can honestly tell you, I feel we are some of the hardest working and committed individuals I have come to know. Working side by side, assisting patients facing traumatic injuries and sudden serious illnesses, is not for the meek. We are expected to work in a fast paced and very often, stressful environments. We do this with ease (most times!) and go on to the next and then some!

I salute each and every one of you and want to personally thank you as well as your NC ENA Board, for being there for our patients and loved ones!
