This announcement is to serve as notice of proposed bylaws amendments to the NC ENA bylaws. ENA (national) has required all state councils to amend their bylaws to ensure congruency with the ENA's bylaws and applicable laws. The attached have been submitted for legal review to ensure compatibility with NC law as well as approved by ENA (national).
In accordance with the bylaws, the changes will be discussed and a vote is expected during our January 2020 State Council Meeting, currently scheduled for 08:00 am on January 3, 2020, via teleconference. All members are encouraged to attend. Voting will be in accordance with the current NC ENA bylaws.
