NCENA Delegate Application for ENA General Assembly Posted -- DUE June 21, 2020

**UPDATE**:  The NCENA Board of Directors has approved reimbursement up to $250 per delegate for approved expenses.  The NC delegation will be meeting in-person within North Carolina (location TBD) on September 8 -- all delegates are encouraged, but not required to attend.  All delegations not attending in-person must attend all sessions virtually.  Approved expenses (reimbursed UP TO $250) are as follows:
VIRTUAL ATTENDEES:  EN20X registration costs only
IN-PERSON (NC) ATTENDEES:  EN20X registration, travel costs (mileage/airfare, hotel, parking, and tolls only)

Thank you for your consideration in applying to serve as a delegate to represent North Carolina ENA at the ENA General Assembly.  Please know that it is a great honor and privilege to serve in this capacity for your State Council.  This year the General Assembly will be VIRTUAL on September 8, 2020.  Dates/times are subject to change, but that General Assembly is confirmed to be VIRTUAL and no travel costs are expected.

The selection of delegates is based on a point system by your involvement with ENA at the national, state, and chapter levels.  The 2020 delegate application is attached or can be accessed by clicking HERE.

This application form must be submitted via email with any necessary supporting documents to the NCENA President via email at “NCENA.President@gmail.com” with the subject line “NCENA Delegate Application 2020” no later than June 21, 2020.  Please fill out the form including the applicable points for the activities in which you participated or achieved.  Please note that the NCENA President reserves the right to request written documentation of activities and may contact your Chapter President for verification.
