NCENA Pin Design Contest

Calling all of our amazing, creative, and artistic emergency nurses -- WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We are looking to redesign our NCENA state pin with inspiration from you -- our members and state's emergency nurses!  Please consider helping us redesign our pin!

Design Guidelines:
- Pin designs should embody our organization's missions/values and represent the unique attributes of our state in some way -- we currently have the shape of our state included in the design, but that is not required
- Pin designs should be in color if possible
- Pin designs do not need to be high-tech, professional renderings -- hand-drawn concepts are gladly accepted
- It doesn't need to be perfect -- we just want to hear from you and see what you're thinking
- Feel free to compile non-copyrighted images online into a collage design as well, if you're not the hand-drawing type

Submission Guidelines:
- Please submit a pin drawing/collage design -- ideally no smaller than a half sheet of paper (8.5 x 5.5)
- Please provide a brief explanation of your design (not more than 250 words)
- Submit designs and descriptions to the NCENA Board of Directors via email to "directors@northcarolinaena.org" by May 12

Contest Procedures:
- The NCENA Board of Directors will select the winning design -- or design that inspired the final design the most -- and announce the winner at our NCENA General Assembly meeting on May 19.
- The winner will receive a complimentary registration to this year's NC Emergency Nurses Symposium in Asheville, NC as well as a complimentary pin when it's produced.
- Non-member NC emergency nurses are eligible and encouraged to submit designs as well!
